Education

Education is of concern to all those interested in questions which relate to the reciprocal influences on society and the individual. Education as a scientific field focuses on the development and change of individuals, groups and societies and on education in relation to the terms class, gender and ethnicity. The subject includes issues concerning educational systems and their role in society, as well as the organization and management of education. Furthermore, education is about individuals's development and learning in various environments, as well as the reproduction and social control of cultures.
