To study at the University of Gothenburg as a free mover you must apply through the joint Swedish student portal, universityadmissions.se. Paper applications are not accepted. With very few exceptions, all applications for Swedish universities are made online.
For exchange students there are specific application rules.
Some international students who apply for courses and programmes at universities and university colleges in Sweden have to pay application and tuition fees.
Exchange students and EU/EEA residents are exempt from paying fees, but as a free mover from abroad you need to check fees carefully before applying.
An application fee is payable when applying at universityadmissions.se. Tuition fees are paid directly to the university.
